What's going on, and what usually causes it.
Won't drain, water left in the drum
Drain pump, a clogged pump filter or coin trap, or a kinked drain hose.
Won't spin or spins slowly
Door or lid lock, drive belt, motor control board or an unbalanced-load sensor.
Leaking under the machine
Door boot seal on front-loaders, pump seals, inlet hoses or tub seals.
Error code on the display
We read the code, run the service test mode and confirm the actual failed part.
Shaking, banging, loud spin
Worn shocks or suspension rods, or failing tub bearings.
Bad smell in a front-loader
Mold in the door boot and drain path. We clean or replace the boot and fix the drain.

Washer Repair FAQ
Should I keep using a washer that shows an error code?
Stop and call. Running it again can flood the floor or burn out a pump. Note the code and we'll know what to bring.
Front-load or top-load, do you fix both?
Both, plus stacked units, laundry centers and commercial-grade home machines like Speed Queen.
Can you fix bearings?
Yes, though on some models the bearing is pressed into a sealed tub. We'll tell you the full cost before we start.
