Temperature alarm or slow cool-down
Often a dirty top-mounted condenser, a condenser fan, or a sealed system starting to struggle.
Freezer fine, refrigerator warm (dual systems)
On dual-refrigeration units each side has its own system, so we test that side's fan, evaporator and controls.
Ice maker or dispenser not working
Inlet valve, ice maker module, fill tube freeze-up or water filter restriction.
Door not closing or sealing
Hinge cams, closers, door alignment and gaskets. Panel doors add weight, so hinges wear.
Water pooling at the base
Drain pan, defrost drain or water line routing behind the unit.
Display or control panel errors
Control boards, thermistors and communication faults between boards.

Do you pull built-in units out of the cabinet?
Only when the repair needs it. Many built-ins are serviced from the front through the top grille. When we do slide one out, we protect your floors and cabinetry.
How often should the condenser be cleaned?
In Houston dust and heat, twice a year is a good habit for top-mounted condensers. A clogged condenser is one of the most common reasons built-ins run warm.
Do you service wine storage and undercounter units?
Yes. Undercounter refrigerators, drawers, beverage centers and wine storage from the same brands.
