Fridge is warm but the freezer is cold
This is the most common refrigerator call we get. Cold air is made in the freezer and blown into the fresh-food side, so when the freezer is fine but the fridge is warm, the air isn't moving. The usual causes are an evaporator fan motor that stopped, a defrost heater or thermostat that failed so the coil iced over, or an air damper stuck closed. We check each one and fix the real cause.
Not cooling at all
When both sections are warm, we look at the parts that make the cold: the condenser fan, the start relay and overload, dirty condenser coils, and the control or inverter board. A failed compressor is less common than people think, and we test it before we ever call it bad.
Ice maker stopped
An ice maker needs water, cold and power. Most of the time the water inlet valve has failed, the fill tube is frozen, or the water filter is clogged. If those check out, the ice maker module itself is replaced.

Front-load washer smell or leak
Door boot seal and drain path. We confirm the failed part on site before replacing anything.
Won't drain, water left in the drum
Standing water usually means the drain pump has failed or is clogged. Socks, coins and lint collect in the pump filter or coin trap, and a kinked drain hose can do the same. We clear it or replace the pump.
Won't spin or spins slowly
A washer won't spin if it can't confirm the door or lid is locked, if the drive belt is worn, or if the motor control board has failed. An unbalanced-load sensor can also stop the spin.
